Meet Cheryl! As Head of Corporate Training, she leads new Superhumans through the onboarding process while providing continuous training for all SDRs.
Before becoming a Superhuman, Cheryl spent time working in the hospitality industry with a direct focus on Customer Relations. Today, she has over 15 years of call center experience and excels at having quality conversations over the phone.
A lover of horror and fantasy, it’s obvious she gets her amazing storytelling abilities from all of the movies, shows, and books she reads. Her favorites? Science Fiction and Stephen King, of course!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Watching movies, playing video games, going to the lake or swimming. Definitely concerts or comedy shows.
What’s the best piece of sales advice you’ve heard recently?
Something I have learned is just be real, laugh at yourself when you make mistakes, talk to people normally. Just be able to communicate.
Are you an Early Bird or Night Owl?
Early bird. Barely ever stay up past 10:00 pm unless on vacation.
If you could live anywhere in the world for a year for free, where would you choose?
Wow, it might take me a year to think about that, but on the hook anywhere with beaches, ocean, or beautiful foliage. I am thinking Hawaii or New Zealand.
