Meet Chel Querubin, Contact Acquisition Manager. As “THE CAM”, she leads our market researchers in building custom leads lists – matching specific target market profiles and criteria. Chel also dives into industry research, working directly with SHP Account Managers to provide the most qualified leads and best service for our clients.
In high school, Chel discovered a passion for competitive debate and speech events. Since then, she’s participated in events like The Public Forum Debate, Lincoln-Douglass Debate, and the Congressional Debate. After accumulating multiple tournament wins in the Dramatic Interpretation category, she was ranked 9th in the nation for speech points. She stays involved in debates today by judging tournaments and offering speech coaching.
Born in Vietnam and raised in the Philippines, Chel moved to the United States at 10 years old. She grew up speaking 3 languages: Tagalog, Cebuano, and English. Occasionally, when she gets a little homesick, Chel goes straight to making her favorite Filipino foods – using only the most authentic ingredients from Southeast Asian stores. She is a mother to Memory, Fernando, and her fur-baby husky, Rockwell.

What Motivates You To Do What You Do Here and How You Contribute to the Customer Experience.
Being able to come up with an ideal target market surprisingly requires quite a bit of creativity. While industries are usually provided, sometimes the market research aspect of the job can be pretty educational and quite exciting. Gathering knowledge, newly acquired while researching, and using that to broaden target options for our clients is not only very satisfying but can aid in achieving their goals with us.
