As an SDR Team Lead, Jalacia is in charge of managing, coaching, and training her call team to meet the objectives and performance goals of client call campaigns. From Houston, Texas, Jalacia started her career working primarily in the retail space before moving into other sales and call center roles, such as debt collecting. She credits these positions for giving her a tougher skin and the ability to communicate through all types of situations.
