Meet Karina! As an SDR Team Lead here at Superhuman Prospecting, Karina manages her team of cold callers, their daily call schedules, and most importantly, is always there to provide support on client campaigns.
Karina started her career in the wireless industry as a Sales Rep before becoming a Store Manager just a year later. She has spent over 8 years in different customer service roles and enjoys being able to help solve problems through effective communication.
She currently resides in Tucson, Arizona with her two children, Vianney and Kelvin, her dog Marley, and a parrot named Frederico. As 1 of 11 children on her dad’s side and 1 of 5 on her mother’s side, Karina is very family oriented and loves being able to spend time with her older sister. You can often catch her taking the short drive to Rocky Point or Nogales, Mexico, for all the delicious food.

What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working?
Cleaning, it’s something I really enjoy doing as well as spending quality time with my children, maybe going to the park or the pool, and they love going to WildCatz it’s a warehouse with many trampolines and games.
What’s The Best Piece Of Sales Advice You’ve Heard Recently?
Ask questions and active listening are huge ones for me. I believe in the needs of the customer, the more you know the more you can offer the better chance you have to make sure you gain their interest.
Are You An Early Bird Or Night Owl?
As an early bird, I love “beating the day” waking up early (5 AM) going to the gym and getting my day started full of energy and ready to go.
If You Could Live Anywhere In The World For A Year For Free, Where Would You Choose?
Paris, Bora Bora, Madison Square NY any of these places would be great to enjoy for a whole year, maybe a penthouse in Madison Square Tower would be great!
