Meet Mike! As an Account Manager, his goal is to help drive the performance of client campaigns by providing each account with a high level of sales consulting and customer service. This can range from client onboarding to overseeing and implementing new campaign strategies, to driving the long-term success of his campaigns.
Mike joined the Superhuman team with over 10 years of experience working in corporate compliance and financial services. During this time, he was drawn to sales and business development, finding a passion for building relationships and maximizing operations.
A part of SHP’s remote team, Mike is located on the East coast, in the state of Delaware, just a short drive from the beach. He enjoys spending time with his parents and an older brother and living the bachelor lifestyle.

What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working?
Either playing video games (PC, Xbox, or Switch), reading daily, binge-watching TV, or driving to the beach with my Jeep every weekend, when the weather allows me to.

If You Could Live Anywhere In The World For A Year For Free, Where Would You Choose?
I have never really traveled so I have a tough time answering this. I’d say as long as I could bring some people with me, I think the Maldives would be a cool spot. Either that or Italy if I had time to learn Italian.

I always struggled with knowing what I “wanted to be when I grew up.” Countless hours of career coaching and Myers Briggs personality tests told me I was supposed to become a teacher. They were close! I eventually found I just really like to help people by showing them something they are unfamiliar with. In this case at SHP, it is being a consultant and helping people to grow their business. That has always been my dream job.

The idea of helping business owners grow their businesses, or helping them to find ways to run their businesses more efficiently is what motivates me. Despite never having owned a business I am very close with many business owners. The stress that comes along with running your own business is tremendous. Being able to help alleviate even just a portion of that stress is rewarding.
Working for SHP has been a blessing. I am so glad I have finally found a career that I feel the need to brag about and feel great about. I learn so much from everyone on the team daily, and words are not capable of expressing how thankful I am for that.
