Q & A with Jonah Howard, Data Manager

Jonah first joined SHP as a Client SDR, helping to set sales appointments for our clients, as he completed his degree at UC Davis. Upon graduation, Jonah was promoted to the project management team as Data Manager, where he could use his degree in Managerial Economics and background in computer science to help innovate and optimize company capabilities.

As Data Manager, Jonah works to design and manage the programs that internally and externally record, store, analyze and report our data. Automated emails, call trackers, CRM integrations, and detailed campaign reports are just a few of the systems he works to consistently improve for a better user and client experience here at Superhuman Prospecting.

What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working?

I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, fitness, and playing video games with my friends.

What Motivates You To Do What You Do Here At SHP? How Do You Contribute To A Positive Customer Experience?

I am motivated to work for a smaller company where I can grow through the use of programs and procedures that I, along with the Project Management team, design! I enjoy solving technical/mathematical problems and optimizing for a better outcome for all.

I contribute to the customer experience by creating and updating the systems that customers use to receive all of their data. Automated emails, call trackers, CRM integrations, and reports. We are constantly upgrading the user experience and adding more metrics for our clients.
