Meet Our Superhuman Team: Trai Greer

Q & A with Trai Greer, Inside Sales Lead

Trai Greer joined the Superhuman team in 2019 as a part-time sales development representative. A leader in that role, he was quickly promoted to our Inside Sales Team and is now the Inside Sales Lead.

Trai and his team are responsible for handling all additional sales processes that run alongside outbound marketing campaigns, like pre-call emails, appointment confirmations, and CRM database management. With an educational background in English, Trai brings valuable experience in copywriting and communications to our outbound prospecting efforts. A “go-to” for developing cold emails, he enjoys helping everyone around him reach new levels of success.

Always a team leader, Trai was running his offense as a Guard, playing college basketball before becoming a Superhuman.

A short Q & A with Trai Greer:

Q: What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball and furthering my personal development via books, podcasts, and other mediums.

Q: What’s the best piece of sales advice you’ve heard recently?
A: Jeb Blount of SalesGravy wrote a book called Fanatical Prospecting and in that book, he said he’d take messy success over perfect mediocrity any day of the week. Essentially, he’s saying that progression beats perfectionism and I agree.

Q: Tell us what inspires you, or provide your favorite inspirational quote.
A: Long before I came along, my parents were working hard and making sacrifices in order to set our family trajectory in the right direction. What inspires me is honoring that by continuing to push the envelope for those coming after me.

Q: Are you an early bird or night owl?
A: Night owl

Q: If you could live anywhere in the world for a year for free, where would you choose?
A: Naples, Italy
